How do I get an insurance claim number?
Make sure you talk to the insurance company at fault when you file your claim. Depending on your own insurance coverage, you should not have to pay a deductible if you are not at fault and not filing a claim with your insurance. Insurance companies determine who is at fault by reviewing the police report of your accident. Make sure you ask about your deductible and if you are eligible to have it waived. You want to make sure of all possible charges prior to picking up your vehicle!

How do you do color matching for my vehicle?
This is the best question you can ask! If you had your vehicle painted, we recommend being extra careful in the first several weeks. You want to make sure the finish has completely cured and hardened, so that it is impervious to everyday use. That means making sure nothing touches the paint that can scratch it or leave a chemical reaction. Examples include buffing your car, using a commercial car wash, wiping your vehicle, and of course anything that falls off the trees.
